JOIN US TO PROTECT FIR TREES
 On 25 December, at 12:00 p.m.  within the USAID Program “Natural Resources Integrated Management in the Watershed  of Georgia”  the  GLOWS’ Consortium in cooperation with Hypermarket Goodwill and  Waldorf Scholl will organize a public event under the slogan “ Join Us to Protect Fir Trees”. The event is hosted by Goodwill (Didi Digomi)  and is to promote  healthy life style through  producing environmentally friendly user toys and baubles made by natural materials. Georgian celebrity actress Rusudan Bolkvadze will read “The Little Christmas Tree” by Hans Christian Andersen.  


US AMBASSADOR JOHN R. BASS VISITS NAPAREULI ECO CLUB

  INRMW/GLOWS program organized an Inception Workshop of the USAID program: "Integrated Natural Resources Management in Watersheds of Georgia" – INRMW. GLOWS/INRMW brought together over 70 stakeholders in one of the regional centers of pilot watersheds, the city of Telavi.Government representatives, local authorities, donors and local community members learned the outcomes of the INRMW program inception phase and plans for the year two. more



ESSAY AWARD FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS MARKS GLOBAL "WEEK OF DEBATE"

Tbilisi, October 28, 2011 – CARE International in the Caucasus and IDP Women’s Association Consent awarded winners of an essay competition for students. The awarding ceremony  took a place at the Hotel Ambassadori, Tbilsii, on October 28, 16:00. 
The essay competition on the subject “What would the South Caucasus look like if there were gender equality?” aimed to generate interest in gender equality among youth.
